Most orders will ship within 7-14 days or sooner, standard US orders usually arrive within 3-5 days of shipping.
International shipping could take up to 14 business days or longer.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
Please note once packages have left Sun & Selene we are no longer responsible for delivery times, delays, or lost/stolen packages. Should any issues arise, we will do our best to assist on our end. -
All standard US orders ship for free with options to upgrade your shipping at checkout.

Our free US standard shipping orders are shipped using USPS priority mail shipping, approx. 3-5 day delivery (not accounting for any production time where applicable).

Yes, we ship internationally!
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates and services could vary depending on your region. Our international shipping rates start at $35 with DHL express. -
Yes, we can expedite your order with options for UPS express shipping. Please make your selection at checkout and we will mark your order to be expedited to the best of our ability. Please note production time may still apply.

Yes, we offer pickup hours Wednesday - Saturday. Select LOCAL PICK UP at checkout. We will send you a fulfillment email when your order is ready for pickup from our studio. if you need your order brought out curbside, give us a call/
WARRANTY + REPAIR

All Sun & Selene jewelry purchases include a lifetime warranty consisting of:
- resizing
- repairs
- cleaning
- polishing -
You may bring your Sun & Selene jewels by anytime during studio hours: Wednesday-Saturday from 12pm-6pm. Upon review, we will either tend to your pieces while you browse, or your pieces can be left in which case, we will notify you once ready for pick up.

You may send your jewels to our studio via your preferred shipping method. We will confirm receipt and once pieces are repaired/cleaned/etc., we will share return tracking information with you.

We consider outside repairs on a case by case basis. If you are local, please bring your piece(s) in for review during studio hours: Wednesday-Saturday from 12pm-6pm. If you are not local, please email images of the piece(s) in question along with information. If we are able, we will get back to you in both scenarios with a cost and time estimate.
RETURNS + REFUNDS

We offer returns and refunds within 30 days with receipt of purchase. Stop in the studio during open hours or email with order details. Returns without proof of purchase will be eligible to receive store credit.

Yes. Our ALIGN necklaces and ICONS rings can not be returned due to the customized nature of the products.
